All of our extensions, our website, and their content are the property of ExtensionMaster and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Using our Services doesn't transfer any ownership rights to you.

Our Services are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Services.

Our extensions are maintained and updated automatically through the Chrome Web Store. We do our best to keep them working and to respond to support requests sent to support@extensionmaster.com, but we don't guarantee a specific response time or that support will continue indefinitely for any given extension.

All of our extensions are currently provided free of charge. If we introduce a paid product, subscription, or feature in the future, its specific pricing, billing, and refund terms will be shown to you before you pay and will take precedence over this general statement.

We reserve the right to change pricing for any paid product going forward. A price change won't retroactively affect a purchase you've already completed.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the permissions each extension actually requests. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute our extensions, misrepresent yourself as ExtensionMaster, or use our Services in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair them for other users.

Some of our extensions interact with third-party platforms (for example, the Chrome Web Store or messaging services like Telegram) to provide their functionality. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which we don't control and aren't responsible for.

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExtensionMaster will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of our Services.

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent permitted by the law of your jurisdiction.

We may occasionally send you transactional emails related to a Service you use, such as notice of a material change to these Terms or to an extension you've installed. These are separate from marketing emails, which we won't send without your consent.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use our Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
