Privacy Policy

Last updated August 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ExtensionMaster ("ExtensionMaster", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with extensionmaster.com and the Chrome browser extensions we publish (together, the "Services").

Each of our extensions only requests the browser permissions it needs to do what it says on its Chrome Web Store listing, and most of them run entirely on your device without sending anything to us.

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, contact us at support@extensionmaster.com.

Information We Collect

Website. Browsing extensionmaster.com does not require an account. If you email us for support, we receive whatever you include in that message — typically your email address and the contents of your request.

Extensions. Most of our extensions store their settings and preferences locally in your browser (using Chrome's storage APIs) and never transmit that data anywhere. Where an extension needs to talk to a third-party service to do its job — for example, sending a message through Telegram — that data flow is limited to what's needed for the feature to work and is described on the extension's own Chrome Web Store listing under "Privacy practices".

We do not collect browsing history, passwords, financial information, or health information through any of our extensions, and we never sell your personal information.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above to: respond to support requests, operate and maintain our extensions and website, fix bugs and improve functionality, and communicate with you about important changes to a product you use (for example, a required update or a change to this Policy).

We do not use your information for targeted advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles from it.

Extension Permissions & Your Controls

Chrome extensions must declare the permissions they use, and you can review them before installing from the extension's Web Store listing or at any time from chrome://extensions.

You can revoke an extension's access or remove it entirely at any time through chrome://extensions. Uninstalling an extension deletes the local data it stored in your browser.

Cookies & Analytics

extensionmaster.com does not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. If that changes in the future, we will update this Policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent first.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with: service providers who help us operate our website and support inbox (for example, email and hosting providers), under confidentiality obligations; when required to comply with a law, regulation, or valid legal process; to protect the rights, property, or safety of ExtensionMaster, our users, or others; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we'll notify you of any change in ownership or use of your information.

Data Retention

We keep support emails only as long as needed to resolve your request and for a reasonable period afterward in case you follow up. Data an extension stores locally in your browser stays there until you clear it or uninstall the extension — we don't keep a separate copy.

Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@extensionmaster.com — we may need to verify your request before acting on it.

If you are a California resident, these rights are provided to you under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). If you are in the European Economic Area or UK, they are provided under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@extensionmaster.com and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage over the Internet is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and for material changes we'll provide a more prominent notice where appropriate. Continued use of our Services after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
